Saint Paulet is approx 10min from Villefranche-de-Lauragais which has many shops, bars, restaurants, banks, etc,10 min from the market town Castelnaudary which also has many shops, bars, restaurants, antique shops.

There is a large enclosed garden area with flowers, shubs, lawn, table and chairs, swings, BBQ, etc. The garden has a really lovely ambiance in which to relax and soak up the sun. Saint paulet is approx 10min from villefranche-de-lauragais which has many shops, bars, restaurants, banks, etc,10 min from the market town castelnaudary which also has many shops, bars, restaurants, antique stores, and is in fact even bigger than villefranche. and 40 min from Carcassonne with its wonderful medieval walled city and fifty two towers.The city is surrounded by a large moat with the original very large feature drawbridge by which to enter into a fascinating array of winding cobbled streets and squares where you will find many craft and antique shops to browse around, also bars and restaurants which are very reasonably priced too!! Within 35 min you have Toulouse the 3rd largest city in France which has an excellent shopping area where you can shop till you drop Both Toulouse and Carcassonne have international Airports There are approx 3 4 flights a day into Toulouse with BA from Gatwick and Air France from Heathrow plus daily flights into Carcassonne from Stanstead Le Cottage and the House de St Paulet is a charming property with a lot of character including exposed beams, stone wall, etc.
